Spots for a DC polar bear swim?
After a decade+ of mulling it over, I'm going to try and get a polar bear swim (and maybe a Club) organized for DC in the coming year. I need some recommendations for safe, legal (or at least unlikely to attract the attention of law enforcement) places to run screaming into the Potomac. Bonus points for spots near a good bar that we can warm up at afterward.

There's also a Polar Bear Plunge in National Harbor.
