Care package ideas for WoW guildie

Hello! Can you help me think of or find a care package/christmas gift appropriate for:
1) a totally awesome lady
2) that will soon be in Montreal for sex reassignment surgery
3) that I know through World of Warcraft
4) where she is a main tank for my raid.

Best answer: How long will she be in Montreal? Will she be staying in a hospital or hotel to recuperate? It would be awesome to have meals or flowers or something delivered to her. If you need help finding Montreal-based vendors for deliveries, I can probably help out.

The plushie sounds like just about the perfect thing to me. It'll cheer her up during recovery, and she gets something cool in-game as well. Go for it.

Best answer: I love my Wind Rider cub plushie, but may I suggest something with the hearthstone motif? You know this, but for the non-WoWers, the hearthstone is the first thing you get in the game and it always brings you back to your home. It's comforting.
I have a hearthstone coffee cup.

Best answer: This is an oldie but it always works - send her hospital room a bunch of balloons (made for when someone has a baby) that say "It's a Girl ! ". Always gets a smile and is appreciated - trust me on this.

I always think its nice to give pyjamas or a nice robe to someone recovering from surgery, since they'll probably get lots of use right away.

In-game presents are awesome! You could even wrap them and leave them in her mailbox for her to find when she logs back in. Delicious chocolate cake!
