Confit'd game bird done in a jam jar on TV? UK programme

I remember watching a small game bird- quail sized or less- being cooked from start to finish in a jam jar for easy storage and snazzy effect. It was a British TV programme in the vein of Two Fat Ladies/ Hugh F-W and I would have seen it on a play back like iPlayer or 4oD up to 8 months ago. It's not Sophine Grigson's meat programme. Anyone else know please?

The Hairy Bikers have done a potted meat dish and confit duck before but Hugh F-W has definitely done confit duck in a Kilner jar.

Response by poster: Thank you MuffinMan, I'm looking less for a recipe and more for the actual programme- It was very dated, I'd put it at mid 90's but I can't think how I would have come across it so recently.
