Covertly watching your commute movie

What was this (possibly Bollywood) historical epic action movie I saw a part of?

This morning on Bart someone was watching a movie on their laptop. It looked interesting. Here's the scene I saw over his shoulder:

A character—a well-muscled black actor, wearing a sort of headdress shaped like a pair of horns, and with beads hanging down from it—was sneaking into a castle or fortress of some kind in the desert. He was challenged by a group of soldiers, so he got some fish from his cart and held them up to show that he was just a humble peasant. But he really had a bow and arrow hidden in his cart. Somehow the soldiers copped to his plan, and a fight broke out on the steps. The character and his friends (a motley crew in outlandish colorful turbans and such) fought off the soldiers and then, too late, tried to shoot an arrow through the door to the castle just as the soldiers closed it.

I'm guessing it was Bollywood just because it looked big-budget and well-produced, and didn't seem to have any identifiable white actors in it. But it could as easily have been from anywhere else, I suppose.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? Is it any good?

The Fall, directed by Tarsem Singh. It has some truly gorgeous visuals, and quite a fairy tale feel. Lee Pace gives a great performance in it too. It's available on Netflix streaming last I checked, and I recommend it for the visuals alone.
