Help me find this lost animation!

Looking for an animated film that went viral a few months ago.
My Google-fu is completely failing me. This animation made the rounds on the web a few months ago. It's a stop-motion film that shows a parking lot overhead, with cars and people coming and going. The twist is that the animator's hands are depicted reaching into the scene and seeming to push the people and cars along, as if they were controlling what is actually just nonfiction footage. I believe it was from China.
Does this ring any bells for anyone?
