Gifts in Billings, MT

What can I give my friend a gift certificate for in Billings, MT?

A friend's mid-twenties birthday is coming up and she lives in Billings, MT. I would like to get her a gift certificate for something very particular but am not sure what's feasible or special in Billings. I would like to "give" her (long distance) a dozen cupcakes or a growler of some local beer or something like that (~$10-15), but something particular, not a general gift certificate. I'm struggling with: A. What's good in Billings? and B. I can't guarantee she'll be in town on any given day so I can't, say, order cupcakes for her to pick up.

(anon 'cause Billings is a small enough city without tipping off with my username)

I visited Billings earlier this year and drank quite a bit of beer there. Here's the rundown. I don't know if Angry Hank's or Carter's Brewing sells gift certificates, but if you wanted to get her beer, those would be the two places I'd recommend (with Carter's edging out Angry Hank's).

Poet Street Market if she'd like to pick up lunch or a cake.

Stella's Kitchen and Bakery

Heiko's for doughnuts.

Billings-ite here.

Good suggestions above, but I'll add a few. Not sure if they all do offer gift certificates, so you'll need to confirm.

Pickle Barrel makes delicious, huge sandwiches, beloved by many many Montanans.

Caramel Cookie Waffles sells delicious and unique treats in their cafe, including their signature item, caramel cookie waffles. (Facebook page.)

Montana Brewing Company is a popular downtown brewery and restaurant housed in the landmark former Montana Power building.

Grains of Montana offers fresh baked goods and a nice menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
