Web-based in/out board

I'm looking for a web-based in/out board for an office of about 100-150 folks. It needs to be inexpensive, good-looking, customizable, and stable.

We've been using Web Office View, and not only is it ugly, it's very hard to change simple things like a page title or background color. We'd like something a little more flexible. Anyone have experience with such an application?

I'm a big fan of People Tracker. I used it at a company I worked for to keep track of our outside sales and service people and it was a big help.
