I remember reading company guidelines that detailed exactly how bloggers (aggregators, really) at HuffPo or Yahoo must choose subjects and style. It was put very aggressively, along the lines of: if a story doesn't promise at least 7000 individual clicks, don't even bother. I can't find this document anymore. Help me, please?

I know I should be able to find it, but I can't, and I need that report. Thanks in advance.
