Who took this picture of Ingrid Bergman and where can I obtain either a print or a print-worthy high-res copy?

Looks like a still from For Whom the Bell Tolls (1943).

This guy has some decent scans, but you'll have to decide where to proceed from there.

Academy Library in Beverly Hills. Probably Everett Collection or Photofest.

The Wesleyan University Cinema Archives houses the Ingrid Bergman Collection. (I've held in my hand her Oscar for Gaslight!) You might want to give them a call.
