Need Great Dentist in New York

Recently moved to New York City from the midwest. I am requesting recommendations for a great dentist in or close to Manhattan - Pain and aesthetic issues involved. Please tell me who is the best. I am fully insured.

I go to Dr. Sachar. She's great and I heard of her from reading previous AskMe's.

Best dentist I have ever been to is Dr. Lawrence Simpson on 32nd between Park and Lex. I think I've been going there probably 10 years by now. He uses hi-powered water jet and a salt blast rather then the usual brush and other instruments of destruction.

Emagen Dental is absolutely the best. Kindest, gentlest doctors who explain everything in detail and spend as much time with you as needed. They're located in Chelsea, both doctors in the practice are amazing.
