Recording HDTV in Windows XP

So I saw an article in MAKE magazine about recording HDTV on your Mac with an "over the air" antenna....but I've never seen a detailed run through with Hardware and Software suggestions for a windows machine.....Where can I find out about this?

DIY HDTV pages at EFF. These are a good starting place, heavlily geared toward Linux, but with links to other solutions.
