China's economic foreign policy in Africa?

Can you suggest the best, most recent articles that give an overview of China's economic foreign policy in Africa?
China's investment funds have made big investments in Angola, competing with the Brazilians (both Brazil and Angola are former Portuguese colonies.
Here is a Brazilian investment fund, which a friend runs, that has large investments in Angola.
It may help you do some research on the China angle.

Prof Deborah Brautigam specialises in this (she wrote The Dragon's Gift: The Real Story of China in Africa); her site is here.
The Centre for Chinese Studies at Stellenbosch University in South Africa also has a good set of research and publications available.
