Where can I find a talking robot?

We're unveiling a brand new computer lab in the school and someone came up with the bright idea of a talking robot video...
The guest of honour will be cutting the ribbon to unveil the rooms. But before that, we need a video of a robot that talks to him and the audience gathered.
Basically, the robot needs to welcome them and talk a little about the history of the project. Then, it should invite the guest of honour to cut the ribbon. I don't foresee the video to be more than a minute long.
I was looking around online for some sort of 'robot generator' that will do this without any fuss. But I can't seem to find anything. Help??
