How to rent commercial space in Sweden??

Need advice on the commercial real estate market in Sweden (Stockholm specifically...)

I work for a Canadian company and we are hoping to open up a new office in or near Stockholm, Sweden. For some reason, we have been experiencing a great deal of difficulty in finding a space. Although we have contacted several real estate agents we have been denied service by each.

Can anyone provide advice, clarification and guidance on how to best approach the task of locating real estate to rent for commercial purposes in Sweden? What are we doing wrong?

Thank you so very much for your help.

Maybe you should contact the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce?

Office space for rent at the Stockholm World Trade Center. More here and here (last link in Swedish only, look for "lediga lokaler" and "kontor").
