Audi filter: replace antenna

I crunched the antenna on my 2001 Audi A6 Quattro wagon. I would like to replace, but with something short and/or swiveling. Where can I get this? Can I do the replacement myself?

I replaced the antenna on my Mazda with one of the A-series stubbies, and my radio reception was actually BETTER (because the antenna wasn't whipping around any more)
