Looking for surreal animated video

I'm looking for an animated video that I saw a few years ago. The style was something like the animated feature film La Planète Sauvage (Fantastic Planet), but more psychedelic. Here's what I remember of it (I might have some details wrong, but hopefully the gist will get across):
There was something or someone in space, attacking a planet below. I think it was turning people or plant life into stone. On the ground, there was a human figure driving a vehicle. He went to his house, and changed an attachment on his hand to unlock the door. He was greeted by a maid (robot?) who gave him a drink, and possibly a different attachment for his hand. He went upstairs and did some computery stuff. Then he went into space, battled the thing/person there (which, if I remember right, looked something like a sarcophagus) and won. Back on the planet, the stone statues broke and things started to grow again.
Like I said, some details could be wrong, but that's how I remember it. There was music, but I don't know the song title or the band name. It might have been European. Thanks for any help you can give!

Ergh, I'm sorry, that link above is just the song. This is the video!
