Asking for a friend: How would one say "The girl never even spoke to them" in a Cockney accent?

Thanks in advance.

Best answer: "That bint blanked em like they wasn't there, I tells ya."

Response by poster: Now he's saying the line might be, "Girl never said a word to him."

Haha.

That's rather impressive to do well over a visual medium. You should post your phone number, I'm sure you'd get quite a few helpful results.

Best answer: I think "Guhl nevva sedda wuuuhd tewwim."

Probably depends on whether the person saying it is a man or a woman, and old or young.

Too complex. Definitely requires simplification.

"She din't say nuffink! "

Most young East Londoners nowadays would probably add "innit" to the end of that. Especially if they're not white.

Actually, a younger East Londoner these days might even introduce more of a Caribbean element: "She naa say nuffink!" or "Gyal naa say nuffink!"

Depending on what you mean by cockney, you probably want to practice glottal stops in.words like "nu'in" and "di'n"

Rather ironically, Dick Van Dyke "cockney accent" is generally recognized as one of the worst affected accents in film history.

Cockney accent shifts 'u' to 'a', so 'nuffink' would sound 'naffink'.
