Fashion tips for the fuzzy-headed man?

I've gone from a floppy romantic fringe to a #0 shave. After noticing that my black plastic framed glasses now look pretty stark on my face, and that v-necks have gone from fey to masculine, and that I can't wear a longsleeved knit without looking like Moby, what other fashion notions should I keep in mind? Any general tips for the shaven-headed man? Personal data: I'm tall, thin, and pale.
Thin pants, thin shoes. Giant fur jacket. And some gold framed glasses with a very dark tint. Silly? No, you will look amazing.

Dress it up. A collared shirt with a jacket, or even a tie, tends to make bald (shaven-headed) men look really sharp and crisp.

If you're going bald then dress like Jason Statham. You may need to work out a bit to carry it off though.

+1 to xingcat. Dress it up.
Or, pick a bald guy whose style you like, and copy it. For example, David Beckham, Jason Statham, Patrick Stewart, Sean Connery, Vin Diesel.
Personally, it's hard to pull off bald with glasses though. I agree with kcm that some hair elsewhere would look good. Can you pull off a goatee?

Classic is the only way to go ala xingcat. I disagree on the facial hair though. Just say no.

Doc Martens may take on a different valence.

I would go for the Michael Stipe look myself (especially since I'm tall thin and pale myself), PERHAPS minus the current shaggy beard. Either way, grungy and sweatery and bookish.

Go outside in the rain without a hat on.
Conversely, be careful of getting sunburnt in nicer weather.

Subdued florals? At least as far as the fey piece goes? Maybe v-necks in unusual colors - pinks, violets, unusual blues? Sailor stripes are a bit overplayed right now, but as in this image of jazz guy Don Cherry, they can look androgynous and they're a classic. Also maybe embroidered mexican shirts or the really floral embroidered western ones? Or your basic Guatemalan peasant shirt? (I'm assuming from your question that you want to look a little less butch.) Striped polos look nice.
For glasses, obviously you can switch over to the 80s preppie shapes that are in vogue right now--smaller rounder frames in tortoiseshell or gold wire. I personally think that the plastic and wire Shurons are a lighter and less stark style that might work well with less floppy hair.
As a butch kind of genderqueer woman, I aim for foppish, girly, fey men's styles, so this isn't totally foreign territory for me.

About the glasses standing out: There's nothing to be done about it. If you got frameless glasses or something it wouldn't make any difference, so the only thing to do is go big (I mean flashy, though i guess large sunglasses might work if that's your thing). I go through the same transition every year or so, and I'm in the middle of mourning the loss of my blue leopard-print wayfarers.

Me again. I also like to play on "looking tough" when my hair is really short. I'm in Texas so there's not much call for this right now, but I have a pink fluffy scarf that I like to wear with some otherwise conservative blazer or sport coat. Somehow it occupies "intimidating, but... not" territory, which sounds up your alley.

Nth the sunscreen. For real. Hat is better if you're going to be outside a long time, make sure whatever its made of is treated with SPF or very tight weave that blocks light, like felt. Do this and you will still look good bald when you have no other choice but bald.
