Help me identify that hip-hop microphone song?

Hip-hop song with something about a microphone and an atomic bomb?
I remember standing at the bus stop about two years ago, listening to a song coming out of someone's car and being totally blown away. It was a hip-hop song, sort of reminiscent of the Gym Class Heroes.
I think the premise was something like "If I had the microphone" but that isn't helping the search. There was a bit about an atomic bomb going off if he didn't get the girl (or the song?) but I can't google it for the life of me. The chorus kept repeating, over and over, maybe the bit about the microphone. Or maybe "If I ruled the world?"
