Good relationship counselors in Northern VA?

Need a recommendation of a good, preferably non-marriage-centric, relationship counselor in the Northern Virginia / DC Metro area.

My partner and I, who are both heterosexual and in our late 20s, and have been together for 5 years or so, are looking for a good relationship counselor/coach/therapist to work with as we sort out some issues and hopefully the direction of our relationship and whether it's best to keep trying or to separate.

We're willing to consider anyone, but bonus points if they aren't too focused on traditional marriage, as some of the people I've found online seem to be.

Affordability is always nice as we'd be paying cash, but not as important as other factors. Someone local to Northern VA would be a big plus.

Neither of us have worked with a relationship counselor or coach before, but it seems to be widely recommended so we're open to giving it a try ... please feel free to give your subjective opinions of anyone you've worked with, or even I suppose on what to look for and how to choose a counselor.

Could you have the mods post an email address for you? A lot of people don't like to post their therapist's information on public forums.

I could have asked the same question here...but I'm not the poster. If anyone does see this and has a suggestion, feel free to MeFi Mail me.

Mod note: From the OP:
jangaptanda@dunflimblag.mailexpire.com (It's a 3-month disposable address, hence why it looks weird like that.)
