Please help me rediscover this mac itunes program!

I recently had to reset my mac, losing all the downloads, and I'm having trouble finding an itunes program I had once downloaded and now realize I came to rely on heavily. Here's what it did: 1) Displayed artwork and song/artist/year in a floating window in the lower left corner 2) Had hot keys to control itunes from any program - apple-f10 made the floater appear; apple-f11 track backwards; apple-f12 track forward; apple-f13 play/pause I keep walking up to my computer and hitting apple-f10 and nothing happens. Help! Thanks.

Best answer: Synergy? Bowtie? I think both of them work this way.
