Is there a web site that posts regular, radiation level readings by city and/or region throughout the U.S.?

I'm pretty sure your local TV news stations have got this one...be it exciting news or disappointing news. Couldn't hurt to give them a call and ask what they're finding out.

There are a few homebrew networks that offer what you want: Radiation Network and Black Cat Systems' Rad Map. Because they are networks of home users, however, there's a lot of empty spots.

There's also the EPA's more thorough RadNet map, which is a lot more like what you're asking for, but not every monitoring station has extended graphs that predate the Fukushima incident.

Individual state's agencies will have measurement data available - for instance in Washington State - the Washington State Department of Health...
