How can I get in to the International Home and Housewares show next year?

I've been watching video clips of the International Home and Housewares Show that just took place in Chicago. I'm not in the trade and, as far as I can tell, it's not open to the public. How can I get a couple of passes for next year?

Um I could be wrong but I doubt they actually check anything. Just register and make up some fake company info.

Invent a business. Dutchman Home & Provisions, for example. Inquire of several companies for catalogs and price sheets. Use a business address, like Johannes Dutchman, Dutchman Home & Provisions, Suite 9, 123 Your Street, etc., as long as it doesn't confuse your postal carrier. Set up a gmail account with an affiliated name. Register for attendance with that info. If you have a specific area of interest, make it part of the name. You will start getting tons of catalogs and contacts from salespeople.
