Women's duffle coat sewing pattern?

Where can I find a sewing pattern for a women's duffle coat?
I'd like to sew my own, so that I can customize the fit and have the most fabulous lining and add other fun details according to my whim. I just can't seem to find a pattern anywhere.
I can follow slightly complicated patterns (at least, patterns as complex as I think this coat would require), and I can make basic alterations, but I don't have the skill to draft my own pattern or totally redesign a pattern. So, I need to find a pattern that pretty closely resembles the coat I want to make.
I like this coat a lot. The shape is just right. This one would also be perfect if I were 5 years old. This one is exactly what I do not want.
I've hit up all my regular sources and googled and searched ebay, and as far as I can tell, no one is offering a pattern like this. It seems like such a classic coat that someone must have it, right? So, where is this pattern hiding?

I think the magic key term is "toggle" (and to a lesser extent, "car coat"). I didn't find exactly what you are looking for, but I did find a few patterns that were pretty darn close searching for vintage patterns in ebay and etsy using those words.
You also might be able to adapt/combine one of the several coat patterns on Burdastyle (something like, pockets from coat #102 & the shape of coat #101).
You might also want to generally search for "mod" or "60s" coats. They might not have the toggles, but they'll be most likely to have that slightly bell-like or boxy shape that seems to be characteristic of this style of coat.
Good luck! If you find the pattern, be sure to check out one of my favorite sewing blogger's adventures sewing his own duffle coat!

Seconding Burdastyle -- the fact that there's also an active community of stitchers there who can lend advice on how they adapted certain patterns makes it a plus!

Response by poster: Apricot, I did look for vintage patters as well, as I thought that would be my best bet for a classic style. Alas, you know. Your first link to Pattern Review looks promising. I don't know exactly what I'd have to do to adapt a men's pattern to fit me, but it's a start.
I also looked for toggle coats, and the term "car coat" has a lot more variation in the results, but still nothing I like.
It occurs to me that maybe I could just size the child's coat pattern up a certain large amount, and then make adjustments to the overall shape. Is that a crazyperson thing to do from a sewing perspective? As a very young person's body has totally different proportions than an adults, I realize I'd be in for making some significant changes. Is this even reasonable?

Response by poster: Oh, bitter-girl, thanks! That's probably a better place to ask my follow-up question.

Here's a wonderful sewist going through all the steps of making a duffle coat from Burda #109, issue 10/2009.

I just came across this Built by Wendy Coats and Jackets book and thought of you. I haven't looked at it but it may help you DIY a pattern. Good luck!

I also just looked at Pattern Review and found this and this. They might be hard to find, but at least give you something to look for!
