What is it? Television Edition

I saw this while thrifting this weekend, I'm assuming it's a television perhaps? I didn't get the chance to open it or look at the model # since it was already sold. Does anyone have more information on this?

Best answer: Looks like an older front projection TV.

It's an old front-projection television. Models of that vintage usually had three different bulbs, one each for red, green and blue (probably with one or more of them burned out, in this model) and apart from their large (by the standards of the day) screen, had pretty poor picture quality and were pretty expensive to maintain.

Avoid.

It's a front-projection TV from the mid-80s. (Images of the same kind of model, including one with the cabinet open.)
