Old school children's books with audio?

I'm curious to know anything about some books I had as a child. The books were from the 70's or early 80's and had small phonographic records embedded on the pages. There was an apparatus you would put over the disks that would play the audio.

Wow, this is a very different question when I read "pornographic" as opposed to the actual "phonographic". I was trying to envision children's books with hidden pornography and was very confused.

I LOVED those as a kid. They had a brief renaissance in the 90s/early 00s as Comes to Life Books.
