Embed Guardian.co.uk Videos

How can I embed videos from The Guardian's website on my blog? Like this one.

It looks like they don't really want people embedding their videos and using the bandwidth - judging from the "Share" link below the video the best they can offer is a way to automatically update various social media sites with a link to the video.

You can't.
Try this though I don't know how long it will last. Might be taken down.

Best answer: I tried using the same embed code as on their site on a different domain and it worked fine. Try it. Sometimes they restrict the domain on which the embed will work but this worked fine.
