Attractive modular media shelving?

I'm looking for good-looking shelving to store (and show off) a collection of books, vinyl records, CDs, some cassettes and miscellaneous other items. http://www.bookcaseshelving.co.uk/ is pretty much what I am looking for--no MDF, no metal, modular, expandable--but there seems to be no-one behind that site (emails go unanswered). Can anyone suggest a good source for something similar?

A European source would be best. I'm not keen on Ikea. I'm willing to spend money on something that will look good and last a long time.

This question has been asked before, but some years ago, or about bookshelving only, so I'm looking for updates and new suggestions.

Thanks.

that looks similar to IKEA's GORM system, perhaps you could replicate it using that?

Best answer: We use both Cubitec and Elfa's standalone shelving, though the latter does have MDF and metal bits.

Not sure if ShelfStore are just another site serving up the same items as your link; otherwise, you might try Lundia.

Response by poster: namewithoutwords: If I can't find what I want elsewhere, I might try the GORM shelving, but I am not a big fan of Ikea.

evoque: The DLP site doesn't give a very good idea of what the shelves look like, but seem a bit too plain. The Elfa range is nice, but won't work in the room in question.

ShelfStore seems to be very similar to the site I had linked to, but with proper contact information. I'll see if I can get somewhere with them. Thanks.
