It Would Be Nice To Play It Sometime.

Looking for a good guitar teacher or course in the Seattle or north of Seattle area. I'd like to learn classical guitar on the nice instrument my husband bought me some time ago, which has been gathering dust. I used to play some guitar -- chords, strumming and some singing -- but so long ago that I'm back to being a rank amateur. Does anyone have any recommendations?
Keith Wright teaches professionally here in Seattle. He lives on Queen Anne, and I believe teaches there too. He plays with the band Fiasco which had a standing gig at The Paragon on Tuesday nights for years which morphed into a kind of "industry night" with tons of local musicians showing up to sit in. I won't mention all of his famous music connections and friends because I know he would hate that, but suffice it to say that if he isn't a good fit for you he can most likely refer you to someone who would be.
He is a great guy and is a guitar player's player...being accomplished and truly enjoying all sorts of styles. Keith also plays cello and has taught that for years too. He taught cello primarily to kids which I personally see as a testament to his patience. Because...um...kids don't always make beautiful noise that first few million times they drag the bow across the strings.
I could go on, but I guess it boils down to everybody having tremendous respect for his skill, and me thinking he is a fantastic guy in general. I'm sure you can find videos of him playing online, and Fiasco's music is available in a bunch of different places. (Kinda blues/soul/rock)
Oh and you are in luck...They are playing a rare free show at the Paragon on Tue (1/11) night. The recorded music is great, but live is amazing.
Here is a link to some reviews of his teaching.
(sorry if this sounds all Pepsi Blue.)

Pepsi blue is fine for this question! I am looking for sincere "ads" for people you recommend. I'd be fine if someone recommended their own self, frankly.
