What's the best way of 'exporting' my delicious bookmarks without access to my account?

You can get a feed in either xml or json format, if your links are all public. (There is a way to get your private links as well, but they understandably require access to your account.)

The url (for xml) is http://feeds.delicious.com/v2/xml/{username}/

I'm not sure how to get all your links however, if you have more than one page's worth. It requires investigating.

More info here.

I don't know much about delicious itself, but it looks like you can view your (public) bookmarks page-by-page without access to log in to your account. If there's no official way to regain your account, it's probably possible to come up with a script that just scrapes the bookmarks from each page and creates an export that way. If scripting's not your forte, memail me your delicious username and I'll see if I can come up with something.
