Cold feet in France

Help me not freeze my feet off. Where can I buy foot warmers in France?

Looking for disposable foot warmers that you stick inside your shoes like these. or these. If I were in America I would just walk into Walmart or Academy and pick some up, but I currently reside in France. I'd like some so that I can better enjoy long hours seeing the sights in Paris!
