Where can I find this kitten ring?

I found it on ffffound and can't figure out where it came from!!!!

Apparently you can buy it off of some russian website?

I found it via tineye, maybe you could get someone on etsy to recreate the ring for you?

I found one in silver here for really cheap, it looks a little different than your picture and the larger stones in the eyes give it a crazy-eyed look. but it's still cute:
