How to Sell Paid Content Online?

I'm helping a friend with her website. She'd like to be able to sell paid downloads (eBooks and Videos), but doesn't want to run her own shopping cart or delivery system.
Companies like https://www.payloadz.com/ and http://www.digitalcontentcenter.com/pricing-overview.php seem to offer what she's looking for. Does anyone have other suggestions or experience with these or other providers?

e-junkie gets tons of good reviews from reputable people I know and is pretty easy to integrate with any website.

I know nothing about them at all, but ran into BigCartel the other day and it seems terribly simple.

What about Etsy? Then she'd not only have a website and a shopping card but she'd be hooked into a larger community.

Pulleyapp is another popular option (used by Cameron Moll and Dan Rubin, for example, if those names mean anything to you). Wazala is another. DPD is another. And I know the people behind Digital Delivery App though have not tried it.

FoxyCart is dead simple. Here's a video on integrating Foxycart with Wordpress, but it integrates well whichever CMS you're using. Works great without a CMS too.

Seconding BigCartel, they're great to work with for the vendor and the buyer.

I have not used it myself, but I've heard good things about shopify.

For the digital download part, Fetchapp extends Shopify, and it's theoretically usable with your own site.
