Recent developments in Moroccan law?

What are some major developments that have taken place in Morocco's legal system in the past year?

What are some major developments that have taken place in the past year with respect to Morocco's legal or judicial system, to include major new laws, legal decisions, adoptions of treaties and reforms?

As a related matter, I remember reading several articles related to a new judicial reform project for Morocco - have there been any further developments on that front?

Morocco was the only African nation to participate in the negotiation of the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement, a controversial intellectual property-oriented treaty. (Disclosure: I don't think it will change nearly as much as some think. See here for analysis.)
