Response by poster: Not sure if it is a person or a group. I would like to add more, but it is a news story that I am investigating, based on a long standing group of fraudsters. I've uncovered that username and am looking for ideas on how to carry on digging.

Internet fraudsters, mail, street, etc? I guess you could contact the Thailand police. That may be a good starting point. Or find someone who speaks Thai that could help you out by googling it in Thai.

Response by poster: I apologise for not explaining, but this is a current news story and I think I've got something that other journalists haven't, so I can't give much away.

You might have better luck posting somewhere like Slashdot where users may know more about these things. I'd suggest 4chan as well, but they would probably kill any chance of a scoop you might have (for the lulz).
