Where is the cheapest alignment that will get the job done?

BayAreaFilter: Where can I get the cheapest alignment in Berkeley/Oakland or Mountain View, CA?
My neighbors moved to a foreign country and left their car with me to sell. The car has new tires, but needs an alignment. (Although they thought it was off by one degree, on the highway, it's off by more than that.
I'd like to see about getting the cheapest alignment possible (and certainly no lifetime alignments for this one).
If it matters, the car is a 2002 Hyundai Accent.
