I need more ambient-electro-industrial-instrumental music to listen to.

Does anyone have any suggestions for ambient-electronic-industrial-instrumental music?
Basically, I'm looking for stuff like instrumental NIN (Ghosts I-IV for example) or certain instrumental Skinny Puppy tracks (like Riverzend or Download from Last Rights) or like the instrumental tracks on David Bowie's "Heroes." Soundtrack suggestions are also welcome. Thanks!

A good chunk of the Mick Harris and Justin Broadrick catalogue fall into this category. Though some of it is less electronic and more metal, it is at least certainly ambient-industrial and mostly instrumental.

Age of Love - Age of Love might be a little bit too dance-y, but it has a similar vibe to that Skinny Puppy track.

I'm going to make this easy for you and suggest that you simply check out everything on the Tympanik Audio label. Just go to their "Artists" page and check them out one by one; for every album on their label, they've got at least two or three sample tracks.
My personal favorites on there include Broken Fabiola, Black Lung, Autoclav1.1, Totakeke and Flint Glass, but based on your requests I'd probably also add Tapage, Subheim, Undermathic, dISHARMONY and Access to Arasaka. You can possibly skip – at least for now – ESA (though I love them), Pneumatic Detach, Fractional, Endif and Metafilter's own Ad-ver-sary, as all of those tend more toward the rhythmic noise end of the spectrum.
Also, davebush's recommendation for Future Sound of London's Dead Cities album is pretty much exactly what you're looking for.

The German electronic music label Elektrolux puts out a lot of the type of music you're talking about — artists like MAS 2008, Estelle Montenegro, Drøn, Rauschfaktor, Soehngenetic, Syncromatic Dubsters, Norman Feller, Ruxpin, The Sushi Club, and Quantum Leap. I think some of this stuff is available on eMusic.
