Looking for family-friendly RV park near Chicago

Looking for family-oriented, clean RV park (not really interested in KOA) no more than 4 hours outside of Chicago.

For 5 years we stayed in Door County. Management's jerkiness has caused many of us to pack up and leave. We're in Chicago. What we are looking for are:

* No more than 4 hours away. We have a toddler so long drives past 4 are a pain. We're open to WI, MI, IN, IL
* town/things to do/see. We loved DC because of wine tastings, fests, farms, restaurants, window shopping, beaches, etc.
* near beach
* dog friendly
* has pool in case we don't want the beach
* CLEAN, safe, family-friendly. We don't want partiers w/ blarring music, drunken laughing at midnight (we had quiet time strictly enforced by 10:30)
* seasonal sites available, cabins (for guests), tents (for guests).
* approx $1,200-1,500/year including winter storage.
