How can we sell products on Amazon US without a US bank account?
We're currently selling products on amazon.co.uk and would like to sell the same products on amazon.com (particularly as on amazon.com those same products are 'rare'/overpriced). However we can't register on amazon.com without a US bank account, which we don't have. We signed up to Amazon Advantage thinking that would be across all Amazon countries but so far at least the only orders have been from the UK. Any ideas how we can work around this?

In Canada, when my company recently opened an Advantage account, Amazon said they were fine to send us cheques, and would even wave the standard deduction since we were out of country.
That said, we're still trying to figure out the whole customs import bond thing...
