Orphan movie search

Im looking for a movie that is about bad orphans from the 70's or 80's. The scene i remember is the adopted oprhans friends (also orphans) tie up the sister and wreck the house and one of them yells hurricane. I think it may be a b rated movie

There was a movie called Bad Manners from 1984. I don't remember the details but the premise was that one of the kids was adopted and the others started hanging around causing havoc. They probably wrecked a house at some point. IMDB has it confused with a 1997 movie of the same name.

No orphans, but it sounds a lot like 1979's Over The Edge.
