Where can I find online rush footage?

What are the best places to look for unedited media rushes?

Inspired in part by this post from the Adam Curtis BBC blog and WikiLeaks, I'm curious to know if there are online sources for publicly available media rush footage?

Best answer: I'm not sure if you're likely to find a central source for publicly available footage. Even organizations with an interest in distributing footage (i.e. Wikileaks) will often have attached some rights to it, if only to get credit or to have some control over who uses it.

But I would do searches for "b-roll" which is essentially outtakes or alternative footage. You will find some public domain video out there.
