my book opinions, let me show you them...everywhere

LibraryThing, Shelfari, Goodreads, BookJetty, Amazon, even Facebook....am I missing any? I'm just beginning to dip my toes into book reviewing, and exploring the features of these various sites to see which might work best for me. What I'd like to know is, is there a web service (a la Twitterfeed or somesuch) that allows one to post a book review to all of these places at once? Because that would be handy.

Which service you choose depends a bit on what you're looking for - can you give us any more details about that?

If you want the social media side of things where you can get a group of reading friends and share opinions, GoodReads and LibraryThing are pretty good (I believe there's a MeFi group at LibraryThing). If you want to get known as a reviewer, having your own book review blog might work better. If you just want to let your mum or old school friend know what you've been reading and enjoying, Facebook will be easiest.

Either way, Ping.fm lets you update at more than one service.
