Does anybody know a good kalbi burger recipe?
I'm looking to make a burger using kalbi meat (korean marinated short rib). I have made kalbi many times, but was wondering if anybody had a good recipe to turn it into a burger. I was thinking of marinating the meat, then running through a meat grinder.
Any ideas? I'm planning on grilling them over a charcoal grill.

Short ribs alone might be too fatty to make a good burger. I'd follow rtha's suggestion, or use a mixture of different cuts, a la this exhaustive article.

Marinate the ground meat with your regular kalbi recipe. Also add some sake if you haven't already. 갈비 안 먹은지 엄청 오래됐네요!
