Name that shrub

Hi, can anyone please identify this flower/shrub? It's in Northern Virginia, and I took the picture a few days ago.

Best answer: I'm inclined to think one of the deutzias, possibly some variety of Deutzia scabra

Looking at it again, it seems more like a deutxia, especially given the size.
