How can I get back into my Myspace Music page without e mail or password?

I got locked out a few years ago and just checked back today and I have like 25,000 plays and really need to get back in to update and access my page. I've written to Myspace several times and tried to remember the password for an aggregate 14 hours.

There got to be a special e mail or facility I can write to? Fingers crossed!
