Perm in Austin, TX?

Question for a friend: where can she get a good perm for a decent price in Austin, TX?

My friend is looking to get a perm in Austin at a decent price where she won't have to pay an arm and a leg for a good job. Any suggestions? Thanks ahead of time!

Not sure about 'perms' as I've never had one, but for haircuts and dye jobs and other things that I've seen friends get done there, the students have done a good job. Baldwin Beauty School on South Lamar, just south of Manchaca if memory serves me here. Not sure if she'd consider it or not but thought to put it out there for you.
