remote control for my XP-based mp3/video player?

HTPC owners: need recommendations, based on your direct experience, on a remote control for my XP-based mp3/video player. More requirements inside.

I need a remote and receiver that are 1) cheap, 2) able to be used with iTunes and WMP without much tweaking, 3) additionally customizable, 4) preferably have not too many buttons, and 5) be able to be programmed into a universal remote (traditional stereo). I'm thinking it has to be IR for #5, but please enlighten me if I'm wrong.

Thanks!

I don't understand #5, but Keyspan Digital Media Remote works as a good remote control with Mac and Windows PCs out of the box.

Response by poster: AR: thanks. I was looking at Keyspan's products. #5 means that I can program the codes from the HTPC remote (to be purchased) into my existing universal remote control (which controls the amplifier and surround modes), so I don't have multiple remotes to control the music.

How happy are you with the Keyspan? Any negatives?

I've got an Imon remote. I've got no complaints--it comes with decent software and a really good IR receiver, and it works with my universal learning remote. I haven't used any other PC remotes, though, so I don't have that much to compare it to.
