Name for a conference

I need help coming up with a name for a conference I'm hosting for mental health and social work professionals.
In October I am helping my agency to put on a conference for mental health and social work professionals who work with individuals who have both a mental health diagnosis and a developmental or intellectual disability. The conference will have a focus on the early identification and treatment of the mental health needs of these individuals.
I'm trying to come up with a good name, but I'm stuck and I'd love to get some suggestions.
Thanks!

Is there a common phrase for this, like "dual diagnosis" would be for (I've heard) people with a mental health diagnosis and an addiction?

Usually we use "co-occurring" although dually diagnosed is also sometimes used with this population too.
