How do I add Google Reader as an RSS subscription option in Firefox 3.6? When I click on an RSS feed icon my only option is Live Bookmarks.

Strike that. Metafilter ate my link.

The second half of this document shows you how to add the bookmarklet to your toolbar.

Go to Tools menu; choose Options; choose Applications icon; scroll down to "Web Feed"; choose "Google" from pull-down menu. Optionally install Greasemonkey and this user script to avoid iGoogle/Reader choice each time.
