What is the subtitle font in The Prophet?

What is the typeface used in the subtitles of the American release of "Un prophète" (A Prophet)?

It's not the normal font used for subtitles, and it's really beautiful. Anyone know what they used, or something similar?

Is it the typeface in the subtitles in this trailer?

Then it's Arial Bold. It's beautiful because it looks like Helvetica!

Response by poster: No --- it's a sans serif, but kind of elongated and geometric. Think more like Futura than Helvetica. The uppercase T's descended below the baseline as did some of the other capitals.

Hmm -- that sounds interesting. This blog post indicates that the Parisian titles designer is a Fred Grivois -- maybe you should ask him with a Facebook message?
